When you’re eighty, you have a lot of stories to tell. Blue Hill Memorial Hospital is celebrating our 80th anniversary this year, and we are sharing a few of ours. Or rather – a few of yours. The stories in our 2004 Annual Report illustrate what a blessing it is indeed to have quality healthcare, with unparalleled personal attention, so close to home. Some of the vignettes featured in this publication are of extraordinary people whose lives have touched the hospital and made it what it is today. Other stories focus on the lives that the hospital has touched. Thanks to all of you who helped us gather these memories. Thanks too, to those who support us to ensure we will be here another 80 years.
